I forgive the breakfast nazi, even though he opted to take a cell phone call rather than my chow order during my most recent visit. I find his attitude amusing. Plus, he made up for it by letting Sonya and I take a peek into their new space next door. And, yes, those heavenly potatoes...

If you haven't heard the news, El Guapo is closed and the owner of Soundbites (both locations, across the street from each other) is relocating into the El Guapo space. There is also a rumor that Victor of Victor's Deli will open his own breakfast eatery in the to-be-former Soundbites.

I haven't yet experienced SoundBites and I've heard nothing but bad things about the owners and staff. They don't deserve my business. Unfortunately, with the acquisition of El Guapo it looks like the Breakfast Nazi is going to become the Burrito Nazi too.
