Wedding Week, Abby edition

Monday, July 30th, 2007

We called up my youngest sister, Abby, tonight to sing her the wedding week song.

To the tune of “Let it Be”:
Wedding week
Wedding week
Wedding week
Wedding week
You are getting married
Wedding week

I can’t believe it!

I called the farm tonight and things are in pretty high gear. It sounds like they are done with the supplemental baking, but but April is now in from France, and there is dress altering, kitchen scrubbing, the carting around of stuff from point a to point b, and general mayhem, which tends to be the way my folks like it. For my part, I’m perfectly happy calling in my moral support from afar for now. We’ll get swept into the mayhem on Thursday.

Just to prove to Mike Helmecki that I’m still alive
