		<description>Yet Somerville is the most densely populated city in New England and at various points in the past 50 years has been the most densely populated city in the US. There are almost no single-family dwellings and there is extremely little green space. The big difference between Somerville and NYC layout-wise is that everybody in Somerville gets a postage-stamp sized yard, and in NYC, it's all concentrated in parks. We have a corner lot and consequently have sort of 3x the standard-issue Somerville yard.</description>
